Partner Spotlight: Filmhub partners with documentary streaming platform GuideDoc

We are excited to welcome GuideDoc, the documentary streaming platform for curated content, to our global network of streaming partners.
Profile
GuideDoc is a subscription video streaming platform (SVOD) founded in September 2016 by Victor Correal. It specializes in streaming hand-picked and award-winning documentaries from around the globe. Each week, new-must see documentaries are added to their platform. Customers can discover and rate content within the app.
The streaming app is available on the iTunes App Store for iOS products such as Apple TV, iPhone and the iPad.
Curation
All titles of Filmhub’s existing users are automatically eligible and offered to GuideDoc and other new signed streaming services. (Filmmakers can always opt-out of specific services, service types and territories via Filmhub’s rights management tool.)
GuideDoc curates its catalog. This means that — while there’s no automatic delivery of every title — GuideDoc’s programmers regularly select titles from Filmhub’s marketplace. Our platform promotes relevant content from our filmmakers to them, and our smart tech tools, including predictive analytics, help them select and order appropriate titles.
