Keep Stroke at Bay — Time of Your Life | Zoom

Join National Neuroscience Institute Associate Consultant Dr Pang Yu Zhi and Singapore General Hospital Principal Physiotherapist Dr Shamala Thilarajah at this informative talk as they address questions on stroke and offer tips on how to stay active after a stroke. Stroke survivor Isabelle Katsumata will also share her personal road to recovery from stroke and the lifestyle changes that she has made.
