Good-to-Go — Ahead of Your Time | Zoom

Death may be a taboo subject to some. Good-to-Go (GTG), a programme by COMNET Senior Service under AMKFSC Community Services, is designed to encourage seniors aged 50 and above to engage in conversations about life and death with an open mind, and to normalise discussions surrounding these matters. In this session, explore life and death topics and the tools available for end-of-life planning.

Pro Series: Concept Design (Lighting for Narrative Storytelling) | Zoom

Lighting is a powerful tool. Used artfully, it elevates an image by telling a story. Join concept artist Calvin Chua as he shines a light on how lighting can manipulate a narrative, from ways to set the general tone and mood with lighting design, to specific areas to emphasise within a scene. Will a closed door remind us of beautiful memories, or a painful past? Use the tips from Calvin to improve your illustrations!

Flourish! Sleeping Well for Seniors — Mind Your Body x Time of Your Life | Zoom

Join Sengkang General Hospital Clinical Psychologist Jetaime Muk to learn more about healthy sleep habits and the simple steps you can take to help you achieve a good night’s rest in your golden years.

This programme is suitable for those aged 50 and above, and is organised in collaboration with Sengkang General Hospital.
