Is your child pushing food around his plate? Is he just a picky eater or is it a symptom of a more complex problem? In this session, learn how to recognise and understand the common eating disorders in children and adolescents, and walk away with resources to provide them with the appropriate support. Pick up prevention and management techniques, activities that promote healthy eating habits, and ways to treat the disorders.

Ask the Cyber Experts—S.U.R.E. Celebrates M.I.L. | Zoom

Not sure what to do when you see something fishy online? Don’t get hooked and reeled into a scam! Learn how to navigate cyberspace safely in this talk with cyber experts from the Cyber Security Agency and the Singapore Police Force, and pick up tips on how to spot signs of phishing and other scams.

Breast Health and Breast Cancer: What You Should Know—Mind Your Body | Zoom
