Social Media Analytics: 7th ABSL Conference

Publicon takes pride in its work. We delight in sharing our achievements. For the past month, we’ve been managing the social media platforms of a grand-scale international event: The 7th ABSL Conference. The conference gathered top-level representatives of global brands and companies working in Poland and the CEE region.

The campaign had as its main goal: Generate engagement to the 7TH ABSL Conference and enhance Brand awareness of the Association of Business Service leaders (ABSL) in Poland and CEE countries audience through Content Marketing in Social Media platforms.

Taking in account the target group was composed of business, policy, press and academic leaders and audience, the content released aimed to display the benefits from attending the conference as well as the advantages of becoming an ABSL partner. The contents were addressed at a triad social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Having in mind the date of the event was 28th and 29th of June, Publicon implemented a Social media campaign during the reference month; making emphasis in the bulk of produced content for the week before the event. The outcomes can be evaluated herein.

Facebook and ABSL

ABSL profile in Facebook under ‘ABSL Poland’ was used to showcase diverse and rich Content about ABSL 7th Conference and ABSL itself in order to enable the audience to ‘join the conversation’.

For ABSL Poland, we take a look into the 4 days previous to the conference (24th to 27th of June); naturally, the 2 days of its realization (28th-29th of June); and the day after (30th of June). In this sense, we consider a period 7 days for the metrics.

In the taken period, ‘ABSL Poland’ is arriving to almost 50 thousand people reached; an increase of 738 percent in comparison with the previous week.

The Post Engagement attained was over 14 thousand and growing. The videos produced during the ABSL conference harvested more than 3 thousand views.

ABSL_EU on Twitter

In June, month of the realization of the 7th ABSL Conference, Publicon delivered 97 tweets for ABSL_EU, which achieved around 95 thousand impressions, that is a growth of 3,361.7%.

The execution of the campaign at Twitter had as its core the release of tweets during the conference. The tweets reflected the different activities taking place at the event, and most of all, the phrases the speakers were delivering at their presentations.

The number of people that visited the Twitter profile of ABSL_EU in the period was over 2 thousand. The collected mentions were 159 and growing during the aftermaths of the conference.

LinkedIn: Generating awareness about ABSL among business leaders

At the business-oriented social networking service: LinkedIn, our efforts were directed predominantly to engage professionals from the business service sector and akin. We aimed to build a strong community and contacts relevant to the goals of ABSL and generate interest and engagement to the 7th Conference.

ABSL Poland reached a peak of 5,761 impressions in the second day of the conference, oscillating between 2,000 to 5,000 impressions during the other days of the week comprehending 23rd of June to 29th of June.
