“Our Consciousness”

Screenshot by author

Hey readers,

Today you’re gonna learn about yourself, i.e consciousness

"Before we delve into the main topic of consciousness, I would like to take a moment to address those who compare themselves to others. Lift your hand and look at your thumb - it indicates how unique you are in this world. If anyone scolds you for not being like someone else or if you scold yourself for not being like them, just remember that you are unique in your way. Now, let’s move on to the topic at hand. However, I apologize for interrupting once more, I just need few seconds to share a quote."

"Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true” wisdom."–Lao Tzu

As you marvel at the uniqueness of your thumb, it serves as a reminder that understanding oneself is an intricate journey. Just as each fingerprint is distinct, so is the landscape of our consciousness. In the pursuit of understanding the mystery within, let’s explore the profound kingdom of consciousness and why it holds the key to unlocking the essence of who we truly are.

who you are begins with how you are 👉

Many of us have different views on how we are made. Some believe that God created us, while others attribute our existence to evolution and other theories. Scientifically speaking, we are made up of muscles and bones that are interconnected. Our brain is a super muscle that is fascinating. It consists of neurotransmitters and other substances to maintain balance. Philosophically speaking, we are made up of our thoughts, which are our building blocks. For instance, Descartes' famous statement "Cogito, ergo sum" ("I think, therefore I am") is a prime example. Both views are correct in one way. Our consciousness is made up of our brain, hormones, chemicals, thoughts, and mind. You are an embodiment of all these elements.

Save wire principle

Intelligence is a very interesting one to continue this topic,

Intelligence

Intelligence is all about solving complex problems and making decisions that work out well for you. It’s something that has evolved in lifeforms to help them survive and reproduce in all kinds of different environments.

Save wire principle

The "save wire" principle is an organizing principle of brain structure. It’s based on the theory that combinatorial optimization of networks applies to the anatomy of the nervous system

Save wire principle and intelligence

As mentioned above, save wire principle says about your wiring length, the less wiring you have, the more intelligence you are..

I was fascinated when I heard it at first, our brain structure can also contribute to our intelligence, that’s interesting, right?¿

But it’s not completely right, but brain structure does play a role in cognitive abilities😉

Continue to achieve success

Continuous practice in a particular work makes you an expert in that work, This idea is commonly associated with the "10,000-Hour Rule," proposed by psychologist Anders Ericsson, suggesting that around 10,000 hours of deliberate practice can lead to expertise in various domains. However, it’s essential to note that the quality of practice, feedback, and other factors also play crucial roles in skill development.😉

It’s important to remember that you are a complex and unique individual, and there are many aspects of yourself that you have not yet discovered. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and keep an open mind to learn more about yourself as you go along.

Keep thinking about yourself, you’ll discover the inner world, which is far behind your knowledge 🤔🤔✨✨✨

See you

Thanks for reading

Cheers
