Living older requires changes in your life
Since I turned 50 years old, I started to see life with open eyes. By this point, you realize you have lived more than half of your life.
The average male lives to 74 years old according to the CDC.
And women live to 80 years old.
You see, time is running out. Of course, some people live longer and some live shorter lives. It all comes down to how you live your life today.
A few people live to 100 years or older. So it’s possible to live another 50 years.
None of this happens by luck. It requires taking an active part in steering your life in the right direction.
The things I do now are not difficult at all, but they do require some changes in one's daily habits and routine.
If you don’t make changes in your routine, it becomes harder to reach your goal if it’s living a long life.
I am not saying to go on a strict diet or exercise every day, but changing your diet is one part of the process.
Some diseases in life are the result of the food you consume. Certain foods can cause heart disease, diabetes, or stroke.
