A Collection of Inspirational Quotes for the Heart & Soul
By: Anna Rozwadowska
Over the last number of years, I have undergone profound spiritual and personal transformation and received heart and soul based knowledge through direct experience but also, for example, during mediation or rest. I have kept most of this information locked away in diaries and journals and the inner chamber of my heart.
One day, I realized that this information warranted a closer examination and as I decided that it did so, I also decided that it was time to share what I could with the public. And I am doing just that with this article.
This is a collection of heart and soul-centered knowledge through quotations.
Before we dive in, I urge you to reflect on each piece. Enjoy, and ask your heart and soul to receive!
Quotes and Information, in no particular order:
- ) “Go deep within, the innermost being of your soul, where a mere branch becomes a fragment of the self.”
- ) “For everyone who has never thanked me for turning their lives around, although the ‘thank you’ would be befitting, a no thanks is better, because it makes me grow, even more so.”
- ) “When you pray for others, you pray for yourself and vice versa, because prayers are vibrations that meld into one another, using a like-like dynamic, like hymns from the heart.”
- ) “What does ‘the divine in me honors the divine in you’, really mean? Simply put, it means that you are stripping the person you greet bare of all worldly possessions and concerns that can wound and change the flesh, and honoring their true essence, their divinity, their holy nature, their soul-self, the eternal. Namaste.”
- ) “Your divination is your true source of power. It means that, when you connect to Source, your true, divine essence shines forth.”
- ) “It’s funny, this thing called purpose. Often when we face difficulties, those who love us will tell us to keep going because we have a purpose to fulfill. And this is always true. But, what I have learned is that ‘purpose’ may not be cradled in magnificence. In fact, our purpose may be humble, yet, it can be the most significant gesture in another person’s life, no matter how small. Perhaps, the gesture may even be towards yourself, fulfilling a purpose towards yourself. ”
In the same manner, the quote below is about soul lessons.
7.) “This concept of a soul journey or soul lessons, in the same way that we journey to a destination or we are taught lessons by our teachers, even the greatest spiritual teachers, won’t do. This is the truth. The soul needs nothing to learn and it needs not to travel because soul is Divinity itself. The soul incarnate may have come down for life lessons, but that is the soul incarnate! And then, the Buddha laughs and says to me, ‘Why have you taken the long journey ahead?’ ”
8.) “There is a lesson held deeply within the soul~ the embarkment of freedom, never really a lesson at all.”
9.) “The greatest of lessons can be found in the greatest hardships. This is a fact of life. We can either choose to accept and understand or fight against it. And sometimes, the lesson is lifelong, in other words, we must keep learning and re-learning until our soul ascends into the space of Oneness. This is not a sign of weakness, rather, of the greatest strength and Mastery.”
10.) “The clouds will pass. The sun will pass too. Our worries, our joys, the same. We are in a constant state of flux, transitioning from one being to another, changing colors like the falling leaves of autumn.”
11.) “Be empty. And watch the miracles unfold.”
12.) “A woman’s heart must be of child-like innocence, at the same time, a guarded fortress. She learns only by experience~ the good and bad~ that love is to be freely given, yet, guarded against intrusions of the greatest kind.”
13.) “Conscious laughter is powerful and poignant. There is no mistaking its destination: The giver and the receiver; the heart.”
14.) “The highest form of spiritual development is the understanding of human nature. For, if you think about it, as souls-incarnate, the soul would not have come down to experience itself, rather, it came down to experience human nature of all kinds.”
15.) “Wait for the one who will accept you full circle. In other words, all of your complexities, emotions and everything in between. And in the end, that person may be you, for in the end, you need you, the most.”
On the subject of love…
16.) “Do you know what it’s like to love a person with your soul? For the uninitiated, the experience can be overwhelming and many run away, others, turn it into something more manageable like lust or possession. When you let that person go, it is easier at first yet the longing stays with you forever because now you have experienced something intangible, overwhelming, soul-deep.
To love a person with one’s soul so deeply that you lose yourself inside of them, that is the ultimate and only form of love that is truly required.”
17.) “To everyone you meet, “God bless you soul.” This saying pierces even our own critical voice of others and our perceived differences in the self-other relationship. It is also one of the kindest wishes to bestow upon someone, known to mankind. God bless you, soul.”
18.) “What’s been done is done, and it’s done. The past is done with you, yet, you grip onto it so tightly. Try to focus your mind on the present moment, as much as possible.”
19.) “It is a promising battle, the one not yet won, between the heart and the mind.”
20.) “For it is in the present, that we find the future.”
21.) “Consider that the Light Source of Oneness cannot be possessed or acquired nor does it belong to any doctrine, ideology, nor spiritual truth, because it simply just is. After all, it is the Light Source of Oneness, and as such, is available and accessible to all.”
22.) “Consider this. That pearl that you seek, deep within the ocean, resides deep within you.”
23.) “If there is one common thing among us humans, it’s the hope for a better tomorrow.”
24.) “You realize in life, that the big moments we often anticipate for so long matter less over time, than the continuation of the precious small moments over the course of this lifetime.”
25.) “Learn to accept loneliness and joy, both in the same capacity. It is the key to mastering life.”

Have you taken a few breaths yet? Is there enough coffee brewing? I assure you that if you commit to understanding these concepts, learning and information acquired through your heart and soul’s intellect, instead of your head, your emotional intelligence will have a much easier time grasping concepts that may be new to the mind, but not to the heart nor the soul. And I hope that your heart and soul resonate with these quotes, which is what came to me over the course of many years of intense spiritual development. But if they don’t, that’s okay too, I have a feeling that you will ‘know’ what you know intuitively and thus will ‘feel’ that you know it deep inside. Let us continue then.
26.) “Fundamentally, one doesn’t have to do anything to be spiritual. The search outside the self will always lead to the same results and the same knowing: You are that which you seek, already.”
27.) “It is so important not to judge the situation you are in. The angels and blessed light beings will clarify the importance and meaning behind what is happening in your life at the moment. Please be kind to yourself, for you are here to experience the experience on a soul level. It is just that.”
28.) “At the end of the day, God bless the souls of all his children and pity the heart who holds on to anger at a thirsty soul!”
29.) “Sometimes, you need to remove all the distractions, breathe and reflect. It seems rather bizarre in our to-do list culture that the simple act of awareness often brings about a sense of grounding, peace, acceptance, and truth.”
30.) “No loss has ever lost so much, as gain.”
31.) “Judgement of the self is the most heinous of acts as if waging a war with the Self-Being.”
32.) “Perhaps all is well, not at the anticipated moment, not when the stars align but now, in the incredulous mess that you are in. Perhaps, somewhere in the cosmos, a greater being has looked upon you at this very moment and said, “There, there is my perfect child.”
33.) “What are you going to do? People walk in and out of your life, sometimes, abruptly. You can choose to hold on to a shadow, stew in bitterness, spend years asking yourself why, or, you can flow with the current of life, wherever that takes you.”
34.) “Chase no one. Let everything appear in divine, right timing.”
35.) “Accessing the higher self through the multiple layers of the body is challenging, at best. This holds true and is especially relevant if your body is sick. Yet your mind (higher state of consciousness) is a temple, so even if the body is sore the mind remains full of the most marvelous treasures and extraordinary adventures.”
36.) “When you find someone sincere, keep them, keep them, and keep them. For the mark of sincerity bears well upon a man’s face, and the mark of insincerity bears a heavy burden upon a man’s heart.”
37.) “Wish them well, all those who are ahead of you in life, knowing that speed was never really the issue.”
38.) “When you have fallen in life, and people walk away, let them. For it is only the bravest who will stick by your side, and likewise, you will be one of the bravest at the side of your brethren when they fall too. For everyone falls at least once, in their lifetime.”
39.) “You did everything right my child. It was never that you did anything wrong in the situation you are in. It is simply that your soul must experience this too.”
40.) “The biggest fear is the fear of fear itself. The biggest lie is that one is afraid.”
41.) “You will always be the love that you desire.”
42.) “I don’t mind being a student of life. Switching roles from teacher to taught makes me uncomfortable at first, but that is mainly my ego telling me ‘well, you’ve taught many others, how is that now that you are fending for yourself?” I don’t mind being a student because the truth is that in life, you will be knocked off your feet many times, being asked to start over, again.”
43.) “What is it, really, that the bird needs to know in order to fly?”
44.) “None of what we do on this earth is meant to be stored away, not even loneliness. We are a creative force and as such, we simply must share.”
45.) “There is no such thing as having mastered mindfulness. You will be pulled into the constant streams of thoughts, fantasies, emotions, emoji’s, that will tantalize you with their intensity and taste. Mindfulness is the constant catching of the bird that has flown away.”
46.) “Accept that you will never be as important to some, as they are to you. It is like a law of nature, of the human kind, that some shall seek and some shall find.”

As you can imagine, my heart and soul overflows with far too many inspirations, quotes, and soul lessons, derived from my continual spiritual and personal development. But, I will end it here, realizing that if you, the reader is serious in internalizing and understanding this reading and the subject matter, this is more than enough brain food and heart matter to fill a beautiful bowl of roses, of the highest kind.
Upon request, I can always contribute more, and my next article will be Part Two of this series, where I will share some of the sacred channelings that I have received over the years from figures of all walks of life, and importance. I am sure that it will tantalize your taste buds and open your whole self to a life of whole bodied development, a life that is sure to give anyone meaning and time well spent on this earth.
Remember, “hope floats in a gentle stream of non-resistance.”
