Over winter break my daughter left her case… I mean her lunch box at school. I tell myself it won’t be a big deal because knowing school will shut down for two weeks surely she will have emptied the food from it.

“Does it have any food in it”?

“Yes, Mom”.

As parents we prepared her for what she might see and smell when she is able to retrieve it. As a kid, she has no idea what she might find.

“Well, it might look a little like a science experiment, have mold, maybe the lids have blown off the containers, and it might smell like the worst kind of rotten eggs you can imagine”.

If you have been following our stories, you know that we Akers tell each other stories all the time. It’s what we do for fun, for entertainment.

This story takes us on a fantastical adventure. Have you watched the movie, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them?
