Even when we love our jobs, many of us face the ‘Sunday scaries’ every week. That dread of work is only getting worse, as Gallup reports that American workers are among the most stressed-out in the world in their State of the Global Workplace report. That dread of the workweek is driven by two factors: our work environment itself and whether we are getting what we need on the weekends.
