We’ve all had our moments where we’ve thought the timing for something has to be perfect.

I only really started to care about my fitness journey once a few of my relatives passed away from heart problems. There’s even the case for this article, too.

I put it on pause since yesterday to go to the gym, and to write something else entirely. My excuse was I wasn’t in the right headspace to work on it.

I write (and sometimes do videos) about self-help for those who don't like self-help. Complete with the occasional memes and riffs on the industry that I love.
