So far I have 11 podcasts/videos based on my essays, lectures, and stories through Notebook LM.

Turn Your Text into Talk: The Future of Learning is Listening

My wife is an instructional designer at Rutgers University, and when people say older people don’t know technology, or use that excuse, well — that’s just BSB — BS bias. Ageism. Just stop that.

Or this 55-year-old will get mad.

She’s also a professor, finishing her Doctorate in Education at Rutgers. She turned me on to something (hey — not what you’re thinking).

Because of her connections with the Big Ten, in the tech vanguard, she sent me a “podcast” she created for her students. Here’s what she did:

1. She had three PDFs (articles) for her students to know.
2. She uploaded them into Notebook LM.
3. It took the information and created an 8-minute podcast using two voices (one male, one female).

It sounded just like a real podcast, with natural banter — back-and-forth informality. She shared the link for her asynchronous students.

It’s easy. You don’t need to be a professional or a tech guru. Just go to Notebook LM. It’s a Google product…
