The Gibbs’ Reflective Model was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 in order to apply structure to the experience of learning. Gibbs proposition is a cyclical framework to examine experiences, enabling the learner to plan ahead by ‘looking back’ on things that worked well compared to those that didn’t.
