Some days I’m in the zone.
The words flow, I cross things off my list, I stretch myself to do something I’ve been avoiding, and I meditate and exercise…Those days feel amazing.
And once in a while I feel like I spin in circles and have nothing to show for it at the end of the day. Those days don’t feel very amazing. Can you relate?
I was having one of those funky days today. I was staring at a bunch of unfinished projects, feeling down about my Medium stats, and the unpleasant side of my ADD was in full force.
Until, one simple, yet profound, question snapped me out of it.
Yesterday I read this inspiring post from Jessica Nicasio. I highlighted and commented on one question that grabbed my attention.

This. This is the question that snapped me out of my cluttered, spinning funk instantly. I’ll call it a spontaneous healing.
I know the direction I’m moving in. I know the person I’m modeling in my own special way.
It’s Louise Hay by the way — healing lives by changing thought.
Now I’m reminded to ask myself, what would Louise do today?
