I Took Mel Robbins’ High 5 Challenge

And it was…awkward.

Are you familiar with Mel Robbins? I adore her sass, her down-to-earth approach, her potty mouth. Mel’s 5–4–3–2–1 method helped me to stop hitting snooze and finally get out of bed every morning just by practicing her method of a countdown to blast off .

So when her latest book, The High-5 Habit launched, I was all over it.
