I’ve traveled to the United States several times.

But I’m not going to lie… I enjoyed visiting some regions of the U.S. more than others. So, in this article, I’ll share five states that I plan to visit for the rest of my life. And, if you think I missed any places worth traveling to, let me know in the comments.

Let’s dive right in!

Georgia

I visited Georgia several years ago while traveling around the United States. My bus stopped in a small town, and I needed to stretch my legs. So, I explored the local area and met some of the kindest people in the country.

One of them was a waitress. “You’re not from around here are you darlin?” she asked while taking my order. And, after explaining that I’m from the UK, she said it was nice to meet someone from out of town. After all, European tourists don’t normally visit small-town America.

I have fond memories of my time in Georgia. It has incredible food and some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. So, whenever I find myself back in the United States, Georgia will be at the top of my list of places to revisit.
