Natural Changes

Blazing crimson morning sky
Cold air surges against my face
Presence of autumn seen and felt,
Observing few remaining sparrows
Soon going south to warmer climes.

Dynamic changes taking place
Altering our sensual perceptions
Heightened autumnal awareness,
Eager to see time’s next evolution
Winter’s roar, and what it brings.
