What Is Your Goal For The Morning Routine?

Your morning has a goal to keep you happy,

Have you tried “8 things before 8 AM?” Woken up at five and wrote 1000 words? And have searched for morning routines?

Reading before you brush, prioritizing three or four things and forget the rest, exercise, walk, read books and do anything to set the million-dollar day in motion.

Look. It works. I met people who say they do meditation, yoga, gratitude journaling, and reading for a long time. It’s the same thing Elon Musk says, “hard work and don’t quit,” and Seth Godin says, “sometimes, it’s better to quit.”

The point is, what most suits you?

When people do it mindlessly, they become robots. In a few days, they come back to reality. Most people find new methods to start over again and quit. But they never know why it’s not working.

One of the “terrible” habits I have is to wake up late sharp at 9 AM. I have tried to stop it but failed. The reason is, my most creative and productive time is after 11 PM. I sometimes work till 4 AM. I have written 40 articles, read books, crafted 83 poems, and have romantic chats at midnight.

It depends on clarity. What do you want to achieve with time? It’s not about the specific things to do in a particular period. It’s about random things to do with full clarity and ease. That’s how you form a productive, happy life.

Your Only Goal To Use Morning Routines Is To Use The Time With Maximum Potential.

You have everything, checklists, to-do’s, small habits. Still, you don’t feel like it.

The easiest way to build any habit is to make it effortless to start and simple to maintain. That’s it. Same as your morning has a goal to keep you happy, start your day with a new sense of energy and spend every minute cheerfully.

No matter I wake up with a bad mood, I work with absolute focus and clarity. I’d say most hours of the day are spent productively no matter how much I stress out. It depends on how clear you are for goals and life. I never tried to change my feelings, but I don’t remember the time it affected my work and relationships.

Sometimes I have the best mornings but a grumpy day. It’s life. It doesn’t depend on one method or technique. Your goal is to use the things that work for you and weed out what’s not.

I observed when you try to forcefully change the current situation, you feel frustrated but it won’t. Instead, use your energy to do the actual work, and you don’t remember the bad mood.

  • Instead of checking Gmail, give a forehead kiss to your partner. Having a romantic cuddle in the morning can light up the day.
  • Start an energetic conversation with the next sitting colleague and ask, “how’s it going?” This can light up the morning.
  • Order something that surprises your family can light up the morning.
  • Praying to god for 5-minutes and offering thanks for giving the life can light up the morning.
  • Saying “hello, buddy, how are you” to 5 strangers while jogging can light up the morning.

My point is, it’s much easier to be happy in the morning and do what we intend to do. I don’t say every day will be productive. And it’s not about the day. It’s about using the maximum potential to use the time no matter what the situation is.

I believe in simple things that make a difference instead of heavy tactics that we don’t feel comfortable with. And when you don’t know specific routines and apps. You do much better.

Do things without realizing that you’re doing something serious. Why make it complicated by entering things in your way that you’re not ready for?

Thoughts From The Heart.

When you go office or start your day for work, observe your dog. It makes you smile — because dogs love to play no matter what.
