Yesterday; A Dialogue
Yesterday, I was, and still am fighting a sinus infection that I am hoping to recover from before going back into my weekly job. When I am sick, I am a “Leave me alone,” person and not a “smother me with attention.” I see illness as a weakness and don’t want to be seen not at my best. As part of my weekend routine, I get up to take my medication by 8 am and then depending on how I am feeling move forward. Some days, it’s back to bed for thirty…
