What is it like to work as an employee at Pulselive and to be based in Australia?

In this month’s People Podcast, we are diving into what it’s like being a part of our expanding team in Melbourne and what makes working in Australia special! I caught up with Matt Bush, one of our Senior Frontend Developers, who works with some of our key Australian clients!

At Pulselive, we take pride in partnering with some of the major sports rights holders across the world. Our expansion in Australia enables us to be closer with some of our key clients in the region like Cricket Australia and the Australian Football League (AFL). In the latest episode of our People Podcast, Matt talks through a few of the most recent projects he has had a chance to be a part of, including working with the AFL on updating features on their website.

As well as the chance to work with exciting clients, new joiners can expect to be a part of a creative and passionate team who have a shared aim of creating quality work. The team are split up into ‘Squads’ and will work on various projects with team members across the world. To ensure we are working collaboratively on projects, our Melbourne-based team have regular check in’s with the rest of our global teams.

We’re an extremely collaborative bunch at Pulselive with cross-functional squads that work together to produce high quality products for our customers. Our squads become very close and are always stretching each others thinking when it comes to new ideas and design decisions, ensuring everyone has an input on the final product.
