[Seoul, September 2, 2024] — Pundi X, a pioneer in blockchain-based payment solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Futureverse, a leading AI and metaverse company. This strategic partnership will focus on integrating AI and blockchain technologies to enhance both ecosystems, driving forward the development of decentralized finance, metaverse payment solutions, and AI data innovation.

Key Areas of Collaboration:

• AI Integration: Building an AI DATA Omnichain Layer on Pundi AIFX
• Pundi AIFX layer to serve as a foundation for the new AI Data Omnichain Layer: This will allow Futureverse creators and consumers to generate AI data tokens for their work. The data will be processed on The Root Network (TRN), with Futureverse users having the opportunity to earn rewards by contributing their AI data annotations through Pundi AIFX.
• The Root Network Integration: The Root Network (TRN) will be integrated into key Pundi X services, including f(x)Wallet and the p(x)card app. This integration will extend to the upcoming Decentralized XPOS platform, which will also support TRN, further enhancing the interoperability of the Pundi X ecosystem.
• Bringing Payment to the Metaverse: Pundi X’s payment system will be integrated into Futureverse’s Readyverse, providing a seamless payment experience within the metaverse. This integration will offer users various payment options, bringing real-world financial solutions into the digital realm.
• Onboarding Pundi X’s SocialFi Platform Purse+: Futureverse and The Root Network communities will be onboarded onto Purse+, Pundi X’s innovative SocialFi platform. This will enable users to earn rewards and engage more deeply within the Futureverse ecosystem, leveraging blockchain technology for enhanced user interaction and community growth.
