Short Cosmetics Review: IOPE — Plant Stem Cell Emulsion Skin Perfection
I did use the IOPE Plant Stem Cell Softener Skin Perfection last year. The product works as a toner in my skincare ritual. It has a transparent, gel-like texture and extremely lightweight consistency.
The toner is promptly absorbed into my skin layers once applied and blended out, it doesn’t cause any sticky, greasy feelings. It delivers genuinely hydrating and refreshing sensations with mild, relaxing floral scent. I totally love it. The product is infused with plant stem cell extracts, then this is definitely ideal for those who have premature aging skins at the age of 25 years old and over.
It’s better to use the toner with moisturizers to lock skin in moisture and ultimately nourish skin for day long. My complexion is brighter and smoother. I’d recommend the product to most of skin types, maybe except for delicate skins. The product is infused with fragrances which possibly trigger irritation and sensitivity.
