Our tiny crew has received a ton of feedback since we launched the streamlined Purse shopping experience. We’ve hustled to fill the cracks as quickly as possible. We hope it shows.

What’s New:

  • Autocomplete address form, to help prevent issues with order processing due to incorrect address formatting.
  • Tools to help our support team resolve orders stuck in processing state.
  • Sometimes a product listing shows out of date information. If you notice this you can report it on the product page, which will kick-off an update to the content and if there’s still an issue, report again to send a message to our team so we can investigate.
  • Modify order now allows you to remove items.

Fixed:

  • Crushed a bug that caused some items to appear as out of stock.
  • Crushed a bug that caused some item variations to list the wrong price.
  • Fixed an issue with item prices from Amazon Japan.
  • Now showing ‘unavailable’ listings instead of hiding them, so shoppers can see when an item is unavailable through Purse.
  • Removed icon from 2FA screen on mobile devices to prevent the keyboard from interfering with code input.
  • Various improvements to the checkout flow to make it easier to use.

What’s next?

We’re laser-focused on reducing transaction fees for our customers. One of the first steps is implementing Segwit addresses for Bitcoin. We’re also exploring solutions which will allow customers to Earn and Spend other cryptocurrencies.
