We want to share you with the latest updates we’ve made to make sure everything is in tip-top shape for the holidays.

Our team has been working hard to bring you a couple of new features that will make it easy for international shoppers to use Purse.

In the past, users from International Amazon stores had to create a Wish List to be able to use Purse, those days are over. From now on, you will be able to switch the default Amazon store for search results on our website.

What’s new:

Search for anything on international Amazon sites including Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan, directly from the Purse search bar. Search for an item, add it to your cart, and pay with crypto, it’s that easy!

Our Chrome extension has also been updated to support international Amazon stores. Add items from Amazon directly from the product page to your Purse cart. It’s that simple!

PSA: Please make sure to check permissions before installing any browser extension to ensure it is restricted from reading/editing data on sites like cryptocurrency exchange wallets.

One out of three extensions on the Chrome Web Store have read and edit access to all websites users visit. This could be a recipe for disaster for cryptocurrency users for both privacy and security reasons. The Purse Chrome extension only has access on Purse and Amazon, but don’t trust our word for it, verify yourself!

It’s been our pleasure serving our community through four consecutive Bitcoin Black Fridays. Since 2014, our favorite part about the holidays has been driving consumer adoption by helping people save money using bitcoin.

Happy Holidays!
