Tshepo denied that he was no longer living a healthy,
balanced life, yet he was in a bond that was unhealthy.

For mental health incorporates one`s psychological
social and emotional being. Mental health is crucial.

Mental health impacted the way he felt and behaved.
He was in denial, however, he wasn’t emotionally saved.

It impacted his feelings and decision-making process.
It impacted his attitude and how he coped with stress.

He was no longer steady, productive, and positive at work.
He couldn’t cope with the adversities of life and work.

He started to heal when he reached out to his partner.
He began to love life and cultivate love like a gardener.
