InterSolar 2017: Our Top Five

We had such a great time at InterSolar last week meeting all of the wonderful people making the world a more sustainable place we thought we would put together a list of our top five:

1) The Opportunity To Meet With New Clients Face To Face

Good software is built on feedback from real people. For us being able to meet new clients face to face is great. It gives us the ability to really understand requirements and start to foster relationships. Live feedback helps us work together and meet those requirements.

2) Solar Industry Knowledge Acquisition

We are in the midst of a changing industry right now, there are new emerging technologies all the time and it makes it difficult to keep up! Being at the solar conference gave us an opportunity to chat with solar industry stakeholders and really speed up on what new products are being brought to market and the direction we are heading in.

3) Promoting New Products

At this year’s Intersolar San Francisco we launched our latest version of PV CAD, designed for utility scale projects. Gaining insight to first impressions, user reactions and user feedback was incredibly useful, so thanks to those of you that did that!

4) Spontaneous Business Connections

We love how Inter Solar San Francisco brings people together in the industry and facilitates spontaneous business connections — we are already looking forward to SPI!

5) Happy Hour Networking Events

Of course we couldn’t forget the happy hour networking events! We had the opportunity to socialize and discuss solar over a glass of California’s finest wine. Thank you to Kite Rocket, Geli and Sun Link for your hospitality!
