Maker month kicks off today !

Today 16 students and pykids begin a month long adventure into making and engineering! The program at ASDRP allows young minds to explore , research and make.

The theme this year is “Robotics” and the children are all set to design and create fun and useful robots.

The students will learn

1. How to collect and create product requirements
2. Research a solution
3. Design and deliver a solution
4. Consider alternatives and tradeoffs of design
5. Present design strategy
6. Write design proposals and get them reviewed
7. Create an implementation plan and a test plan
8. Implement and deliver
9. How to share code
10. …and most importantly how to do all this while having fun !!
