This tool is based on EmotiVoice, produced by NetEase, which is a powerful text-to-speech engine. It has only recently been open-sourced, but it is more troublesome to deploy locally, so I made an offline integration package and downloaded it to unzip it locally.

Everyone downloads and decompresses it locally.

① Double-click “Start .bat with one click”:

② After double-clicking the one-click start program , a command prompt window will open, and the project will run automatically.

It is also very simple to use:

First choose “Speaker ID”: supports over 2000 different speaker voices;

Then enter the emotions of the synthetic voice in the “Pronunciation Cue Words” area: such as happiness, sadness, fast speech, etc., play on your own

Enter the content of the speech to be synthesized in the “text” area: it is recommended not to be too long;

After all input is completed, click the “Function 1 Generate Audio” button and wait for processing. After my test, the generated voice effect is very strong!

It has been measured that the effect of pronouncing human IDs 1018, 101, 102, and 92 is better.
