You Wake Up and decided to start your own website. The Biggest and first problem that you are going to face is to find a domain name for your brand. The domain name must be unique and available on all social media platforms. There are over a thousand social media platforms present on the internet. If you go and search for your domain name accounts then it will take you forever.

Sherlock is a python tool for hunting social media accounts. It helps you to search for an account based on its username. It is so simple to use.

Installation

You can install sherlock with the help of pip in your local system.

pip install sherlock

I would suggest you not do so because you can use it without installing it in your local system. Sherlock offers a connection with Google Cloud and Repl.it. We are going to use repl.it for this blog.

  1. Go to The Official Github Repository.
  2. Scroll Down Till Run on repl.it button. Click on it and it will open in a new tab.
