PythonIQ’s the WHY, the WHAT and the HOW

Python is a fantastic programming language. I love it. It may sound a little melodramatic, but what can I do: it’s the truth. In addition to Python, I’ve learned and used several programming languages, among which the most important are R, C and Go. While I really like Go, Python is… Python is something different, something more… Python is Python. Python is my language.

Why? I don’t know. Something clicked when I started learning it. Maybe you know the feeling: click, and there you are, everything seems to be in place. This is how it started: something clicked between the two of us — Python and me. Then I started using it on a daily basis, and you know what? The only thing that changed was that I liked Python even more; more, and more, and more… and even more…

Don’t get me wrong. I am not saying Python is the best programming language in the world. I am…
