By now we have come across the artificial intelligence where they are inbuilt in probably every smartphone that helps us in plenty ways whether as a virtual assistant or in narrowing down what movies and shows to watch. However, this is not the end, I think here are more challenges and issues encountered in the process of organizational culture change. As AI evolves, it has become a tool capable of changing industries, reforming countries’ economies, and challenging the concept of intellect in its most primordial form.
