It helps so much with relaxation and sleep that we so desperately need. Get off them big pharma drugs and go natural! Personally, I use the sleep mode with MMJ, and it’s the most amazing sleep I’ve ever had. Ever. Beautifully streamlined app, professional support and it’s updated constantly. Every mode is amazing.
