It’s time to find your inner Zen and to awake the inner warrior in you.

We are busy, and our day is chocked-full of things to do. But we also care about our health and want to prioritize it, even amid a jam-packed work schedule. We are a young team but none of us can say we don’t have any problem with sore lower back, stiff neck, and tight hips or shoulders from sitting at a desk for 8+ hours.
So for two times a week, a highly-trained yoga instructor comes to our office an hour before everyone arrives to work.
It’s that one hour we don’t think about the deadlines, just trying our best to tune out the distractions around us, close our eyes, practice and establish smooth breathing.

The class is focused on countering the negative effects of stress, burnout, and prolonged desk sitting. Yoga exercises became a part of our routine because it worked wonders as it wiped away body pain, tension and increased overall muscle strength and flexibility. It does wonders on the mind too. It boosts your energy level and keeps you focused throughout the day.

We are happy we have an opportunity to turn our fastest growing software and design company into a personal oasis that leaves us feeling recharged and ready to tackle anything that comes in our way.
