More than anything, Qiesto is a learning platform.

Our intention is to offer young people on the continent a space to learn by working on real-world projects and what’s better than peer-to-peer learning?

Besides the main platform, we also offer a secondary collaboration zone on Mattermost that allows sharing and communication. It is intended for young people so that they can share amongst themselves while improving themselves.

Because communities help offer opportunities to as many people as possible

Africa has loads of young people and it’s actually predicted that in less than a decade the continent will have more working-age people than any other part of the world.

So how best can these people be made ready for work?

Given the few opportunities available for internships, Qiesto allows more than one person to take up a single “internship”.

We do this by allowing groups to work on a single project.

This allows us to avail opportunities to as many people as possible so that they can gain meaningful experiences as they prepare for work, entrepreneurship or further education.
