“Rate the App” Pop-ups
In efforts to improve the number of Qraved app store reviews and ratings, we wanted to implement a “Rate the App” mobile app pop-ups.
The pop-ups will show based on user events. Certain events will trigger the pop-up to block the screen. It is a bit tricky in deciding when & where best to show the pop-up. Timing is key.
Most users see “giving rating”as a task, or a chore. That is why we have to make sure to give a positive experience before asking them to do something. We have to ask wisely!
We are planning to show the pop-up on these events:
- After user writes a restaurant review
- After user open the app 3 times within the same week
- (Coming Soon) After use redeem a voucher/coupon
The pop-up will stop showing after user click “Rate Us”. If user click “No, Thanks”, pop-up will close, and show again next time the event is performed.
