Official Quadrant Protocol Token Sale Details
ICO Start Date: 26th June 2018 at 1200 hrs (SGT/GMT+8)
ICO End Date: 26th July 2018 at 1200 hrs (SGT/GMT+8) or when the cap is reached

Total Hardcap (Private Pre-sale + Public): $20M USD
Tokens For Sale (Pre-ICO & ICO): 40%
Token Price: $0.05 USD
Token Sale Structure
The token sale is split into 3 phases — Community Sale, Enhanced Sale, and Open Sale. Individual limits will be implemented in the Community Sale and Enhanced Sale to ensure all participants can purchase meaningful amounts of tokens via the ICO.
Day 1 — Community Sale
All participants have an equal number of tokens to purchase, with a maximum limit of tokens derived via the following formula:
(Total Number of Tokens)/(Number of Whitelisted Participants)
Day 2 — Enhanced Sale
Individual limits have been increased, as per the following formula:
(Total Number of Tokens)/(Number of Whitelisted participants) + 100ETH worth of eQUADs
Day 3 and beyond — Open Sale
All individual limits have been removed. Only limitation is the number of eQUAD tokens left for purchase.
*ETH to USD ratio for the public sale will be pegged 2 hours prior to sale*

Safety
ALWAYS double check the site you are on is not a phishing site before entering your data.
We will NEVER send you the Token Sale address via email, Telegram, Twitter, etc.. If you receive communications that are apparently from any Quadrant Protocol personnel with the Token Sale address, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND.
Be vigilant against scams.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Prepare Your ETH wallet
NOTE: Use the ETH wallet that you used to register for the token sale. Non-registered wallets will not be authenticated and so will not be able to be used.
Keep your ETH wallet ready. You can use any wallet that supports the ERC-20 standard. Examples of supported ETH wallets include, but are not limited to Jaxx, MyEtherWallet, Eidoo, etc.
NOTE: DO NOT CONTRIBUTE USING AN EXCHANGE PROVIDED ADDRESS. This could result in the loss of your eQUAD tokens
Step 2 — Buy ETH from an exchange
In the event the wallet you use does not have ETH, you will need to buy ETH from an exchange before taking part in the public token sale.
Step 3 — Send ETH from exchange wallet to your ETH wallet
NOTE: Skip step 2 if your ETH wallet contains ETH ready to be used for the public token sale.
Once you have ETH in your exchange wallet, send it to the ETH wallet that you will be using for the token sale.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND ETH from an exchange provided wallet for the public token sale. This could result in the loss of your tokens.
Step 4 — Go to Token Sale Page: https://www.quadrantprotocol.com/
Bookmark this URL and use it again during the token sale.
Step 5 — Enter your ETH wallet address and submit
Step 6 — Agree to Sale Terms and Conditions
Step 6 — Verify Magic Word on screen
Ensure that there is a Magic Word displayed on screen.
You will already have your own Magic Word from when you registered for the token sale during the whitelisting and/or waitlisting procedure. This is unique to each person, and known only to the individual.
If there is no Magic Word, or if it does not match to what you have, DO NOT CONTINUE. Check with the team on Telegram if the page is legitimate.
Step 7 — Copy Token Sale Contract Address
Alongside the Magic Word, you will also see the Token Sale Contract Address and your maximum contribution limit.
Copy(scan if using mobile wallet) the Token Sale Contract Address.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHARE THE DETAILS YOU SEE ON SCREEN WITH ANYONE.
Step 8 — Send your contribution
Go to your ETH wallet and send ETH to the token sale contract address using the recommended gas price of 90 gwei and 120,000 gas limit.
Step 9 — Verify Transaction
Verify that your ETH was sent to the contract address by copying your ETH wallet address, entering it in the search field on Etherscan.

Congratulations!
You have successfully contributed to Quadrant Protocol’s public sale. To see your tokens in your ETH wallet, use your wallet’s “Add custom token” feature. This is a guide of how to do so in MyEtherWallet.
You will be required to input the ERC20 Contract Address, Symbol, and Decimal to see your tokens in your wallet.

After keying in these details, your tokens should appear in your wallet in a few moments.
