We are seeking talented, motivated and passionate Post Graduates in natural sciences or engineering in the areas of materials, chemistry, mineralogy and processes, that have worked hands on as part of a scientific project and were responsible for the outcome.
The successful candidate will have a desire to build strong relationships, explore opportunities, speak up and deliver on results; at a company with a strong and sustainable culture supporting both individual and organizational performance, development and growth.
The program includes:
• The opportunity to work on various projects with strategic impact in our different business segments
• Participation in at least one overarching cross-functional project during the full period of the program
• Direct sponsorship and mentoring by QualiCal’s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer
• Additional coaching by other leaders within the company
• Every opportunity to experience different cultures and build a wide network
• Obtain specific business and technology know-how
Successful applicants will be provided with a permanent market competitive labor agreement. The ATENEO runs for 24 months and is considered as a first step in a lasting career at QualiCal. At the completion of the program, candidates will be eligible for next career steps within the company.

After successfully completing the program, candidates may be offered a position within one of our Strategic Business Segments or within one of the Global Functions. Opportunities will be explored well in advance between the candidate and the Executive Leaders that have been involved closely, as well as Human Resources.
The primary work location will be QualiCal’s head office in Italy. Extended business trips to other locations are part of the program and will be required for the success of the appointed strategic project.
