Enhancing Steel Production with the Advanced QualiCUBE Modular Solution
JSW Steel, a leader in India’s steel manufacturing sector, has once again partnered with QualiCal to enhance its production capabilities.
We are proud to supply a state-of-the-art 20tph QualiCUBE Modular Lime Grinding Plant to JSW BPSL’s Jharsuguda facility. This innovative solution offers plug & play efficiency, ensuring seamless integration and superior performance.
The project involved close collaboration between QualiCal’s European and Indian teams
as well as our QualiPOOL partner, Esskay Machinery Pvt Ltd.
Key equipment was supplied from Italy, while Esskay Machinery handled the fabrication, installation, electrical and instrumentation wiring, and testing at their workshop in India. This teamwork ensured the plant was ready for supply by June 2024.
The plant, scheduled for commissioning in August 2024, highlights our commitment to providing cutting-edge lime processing technology, supporting JSW Steel’s growth and operational excellence.
