JSW STEEL LTD Orders QualiCal Synthesis Lime Kiln for the new Lime Kiln#17 at VIJAYANAGAR Plant
JSW Steel Ltd, India’s leading integrated steel company, has been making waves in the industry for over three decades. With a production capacity of 28.5 MTPA in India and the USA, the company has grown tremendously from a single manufacturing unit to become an industry leader.
At JSW manufacturing unit in Vijayanagar, Karnataka, JSW Steel boasts the largest single-location steel-producing facility in India, with a capacity of 18 MTPA. Known for its commitment to excellence in both business and sustainability practices, the company has become synonymous with quality.
As we know, lime is essential for steelmaking, and JSW Steel Ltd Vijayanagar Plant has the largest single-location captive lime kilns in India, with an impressive 16 units, including D-shaped, round, and rectangular corner rounded shapes. In recent times, JSW Steel has ordered 4 x 600tpd QualiCal Synthesis Digital Limekilns for their Dolvi Works, which have been commissioned and are successfully producing top-quality lime.
