QualiCal’s Expertise Comes to the Forefront
JSW Steel Ltd — A Brief Insight
Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, JSW Steel Ltd is an Indian multinational steel-making giant with a global footprint across 140 countries. As part of its vigorous expansion to double the capacity of its Dolvi plant, JSW included the installment of three 600 TPD Lime Calcination Plants (LCPs).
After the successful operation of Kiln Nr 4, JSW Steel Ltd awarded QualiCal International Srl the contract for 3 x 600 TPD Synthesis Digital Lime Kilns in August 2017.
These kilns, fully equipped with the innovative MOSAICO platform developed by QualiCal, were commissioned between October 2021 and February 2022 and have since been operating at full capacity producing high-quality lime.
