QualiCal Secures Another QualiCUBE 20tph Lime Grinding Plant Contract with JSW BPSL Jharsuguda Plant

QualiCal has been the trusted technology supplier of JSW BPSL since 2007, delivering innovative and reliable solutions for the lime industry. In 2007, QualiCal was awarded contracts for 3 x 300tpd Limekilns, along with a 1 x 10tph Lime Grinding Plant. This marked the first modular lime grinding plant supplied by QualiCal to the Indian market. Following this, QualiCal received an order for a 1 x 600tpd Limekiln and a 1 x 20tph Lime Grinding Plant in 2015.

Lime Grinding Plants are now an integral part of Integrated Steel Plants, as Lime Fines are used in Sinter Plants. The sintering process is developed to utilize the under-size lump ore, called iron ore fines, which would otherwise not be charged directly in a blast furnace. In order to conserve these materials, they are compacted and made into lumps through the sintering process.
