QualiCUBE: the advantages of the Modular Solution

QualiCal developed an unique and original design, providing plug & play QualiCUBE MODULAR solutions for quicklime hydration, hydrated lime classification and grinding and lime sizing.

In QualiCUBE all the Machines, equipment, pipes and fittings are mechanically pre-assembled ; motors and field instrumentation are electrically connected to the electric board!

EASY & CHEAP TRANSPORTATION

For transporting the module a standard 12.5 m lorry is used. The QualiCube is transferred at site with a crane and positioned on a small flat platform (2.5 x 3m).

QUICK & EASY INSTALLATION at SITE

Once the links for the feed material and the final products conveyance are connected, only a few hours are needed for the plant commissioning. The QualiCube compact solution allow the possible and easy re-location in a most convenient place.

SCALABLE SOLUTION

Modular solutions are scalable and can grow following the production needs keeping a simple & very compact overall plant layout.
