The weekly activities are meant to help everyone eat better, move more and sleep better with the long term goal of losing weight (more specifically, fat loss). By the end of the beta, our goal is to help you achieve quantitatively measurable results while also helping you qualitatively feel healthier.

Beta Focus — We are focused on males in NYC, 30 years old or older with a BMI of 30 or more (typically that is 15 lbs over where you would like to be) who are motivated to get fit, lose weight, feel better and be healthier.
