Three types of common heart disease judgment.

Under normal circumstances, the heart beats rhythmically, and the heartbeat reaches 60 to 100 beats per minute in a resting state. Heart rate is affected by many factors, including age, amount of exercise, and mood. If the heartbeat is too fast or too slow, and the heartbeat is extremely irregular, it should be taken seriously, it may be a disease.

1. Slow line

A heartbeat of less than 60 beats per minute was considered bradycardia. General professional athletes and labor-intensive workers have a slow heart rate that is less than 40 beats per minute.

If the heartbeat of an ordinary person is less than 50 beats per minute, accompanied by headache, dizziness, sudden blackness in front of the eyes, obvious discomfort in the precordial area, chest tightness, shortness of breath and fatigue, etc., it is necessary to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.

Due to the slow heart rate and the symptoms of syncope, cardiac arrest may occur at any time, resulting in cardiac ischemia and hypoxia, and eventually induce sudden cardiac death.

2. Speed line

Usually, adults with resting heartbeats greater than 100 beats per minute are judged to have tachycardia. Tachycardia not only increases physical discomfort, but also damages coronary arteries and even causes myocardial ischemia and acute myocardial infarction.

Most tachycardia is related to life factors, including drinking strong tea, strong coffee, smoking and drinking, excessive excitement and exercise, and pregnancy, etc. If the above factors are eliminated in time, the heart rate will return to normal.

If the heartbeat is more than 100 beats per minute and less than 160 beats per minute, it is judged as sinus tachycardia. The main symptom is an increased heart rate, and there is generally no organic disease.

There is a kind of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia that is the most terrifying. It starts and stops immediately, so that the heartbeat reaches 150 to 250 beats per minute, which can easily lead to syncope and even threaten life. If tachycardia persists, it is necessary to go to the hospital as soon as possible to do a dynamic electrocardiogram to find out the reason behind it and treat it scientifically.

3. undulating line

There are two types of heartbeat disorders, one is premature beats, that is, the heart beats once in advance, and then pauses once. The main manifestations are palpitation, a feeling of pounding in the chest or pharynx. Most premature beats do not require special treatment; if they occur frequently and have significant symptoms, or if they have structural heart disease, they can damage heart function, and in severe cases, cause arrhythmia, and you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

There is also atrial fibrillation, which is an irregular heartbeat, mainly manifested as palpitation, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and easy sweating. The causes of atrial fibrillation are more complicated. Physiological factors include smoking, drinking and overwork; pathological factors include hyperthyroidism, hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and genetics, and cardiomyopathy.

Atrial fibrillation is a high risk factor for stroke, so it should be treated early, stay away from cigarettes and alcohol, cultivate a healthy lifestyle, and go to the hospital for regular check-ups.

In order to stabilize the heartbeat, it is necessary to pay attention to the small details of life. Take a low-salt and low-fat diet, give up the bad habits of smoking, drinking and staying up late, drink less strong tea or coffee, eat more foods containing dietary fiber, add water reasonably, and maintain smooth stool. Being overweight or obese can increase the burden on the heart, so BMI should be controlled within the normal range.

Adhere to the combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, and exercise for more than 2.5 hours per week, which can improve cardiopulmonary function and delay arteriosclerosis. Stay calm and reduce stress by exercising outdoors, listening to music, reading a book, and meditating.
