丨Ingredients丨

150g whole wheat flour
70g high-gluten flour
1g dry yeast
1g baking soda
110g milk
2g salt
2g seaweed

01丨Tear the seaweed into pieces. Microwave the milk in the microwave for 20 seconds, add the yeast and baking soda and stir well.

02丨Mix the sieved whole wheat flour and high-gluten flour evenly. Add milk, salt and seaweed pieces and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes.

03丨Put the dough on the cutting board and use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 2–3 mm thick rectangle. Use a knife to cut into squares (or shapes you like). Poke holes evenly on the top with a fork.

04丨Put it on a baking tray lined with tin foil. Ferment for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15–20 minutes. Until the surface of the biscuit is slightly yellow.

The biscuits are crispy and have a slight seaweed flavor. They are the best as an afternoon snack. Another cup of black tea is great.

The little chef made biscuits in both square and rectangular shapes. Friends can use molds to make their own DIY shapes~

The prepared biscuits can be sealed in a bag and refrigerated if you can’t finish eating them~, it’s okay to keep them for one month.
