Write about others or write about yourself.
Do new writers write in first-person or third-person perspective?
Recently, I often read some articles discussing the issue of “who”, whether to write “I” or “he or she”.
To be honest, most writers start with “I” because I am most familiar with myself, I have the topic, and it is true.
Authenticity is the soul of an article and can move people’s hearts. No matter what the author’s realm is, whether the writing skills are mature or not, as long as the article is true and simple, it can impress readers.
Writing about yourself is also very good. It can heal yourself, make yourself cheerful, and open-minded, and the people around you will also be positively affected.
If the individual is good, the people around him will be good; if everyone is good, the society will not be bad.
Writing is a gradual and orderly process, and the transition from “I” to “Others” is not an overnight thing.
“I” is written too much, and after writing for a long time, the pattern will naturally open. When you can raise your writing to the level of “others”, the “I” problem basically disappears.
No matter which one you write, no matter what level you belong to, it is a good choice for writers.
As long as it is written, it is valuable. Know others, write about others, know yourself well, and write about yourself.
Write whatever you want.
I don’t distinguish between me and other people, there is no priority to say. Therefore, writers do not have to be constrained by the question of “who”, especially at the initial stage of writing. Write boldly, write more about yourself and more about others. As long as it is true, write as much as you can. It doesn’t matter who it’s written about.
The improvement of the writer’s ideological realm and the expansion of the pattern is a long process, which requires constant changes and constant exploration. Writing is progress, is to be the best version of yourself.
