Quantious, and Kelley Green Consulting before it, was built on an ongoing, relentless practice of saying, “Yes, and…”

“Yes, and…” is a feeling of openness to possibility, doing things just a bit better than expected, adding that extra level of detail or insight.

It’s a small thing that you didn’t have to do, but did because you anticipated the client might need it. It’s forwarding that article about a competitor that you thought they should see, or creating a graphic as a JPG instead of a PDF because you know they’ll be viewing it on the go on their phone. It’s infusing your work with intelligence — and empathy.

Our Culture of Brilliance is built on these small interactions. Without them, this is just another agency, just a job, our work is a commodity. By always thinking in terms of “Yes, and…” we’ve become a valuable asset, an integral part of their team, their “secret weapon.” This is how we’ve grown from one woman with a laptop to a team of professionals, working with some of the largest tech companies in the world.

And as we grow, every one of us must consciously cultivate this Culture of Brilliance in our work and in our interactions — so we can all shine.
