Being well-disciplined with money isn’t just an important trait for entrepreneurs, but people in general. I see it all the time where people go out of their way to spend large sums of money or have improper money management skills. Many people don’t know how to invest, save, diversify, or be frugal and wise in regards to how they are spending.

The key is that the best investments are centered usually around where you see your money grow. Leisure comes way down the list. People seem to be spending in ridiculous stuff like coffee they can make at home, memberships they don’t use, tons of vacations, etc. Lots of the people trying to live luxurious lifestyles than don’t have money for the stuff they need. You have another side to the spectrum where the super rich end up burning through money at an accelerated rate until they are bankrupt.

If you want to be great with money, regardless how rich you are, you need to learn not to be unwise with it.
