Why MuddyWaters is Facing a Lawsuit

MuddyWaters is being sued by Solutions 30 due to what they call an aggressive short selling scheme against the company w/ baseless allegations linking the company to crime.

According to Bloomberg,

“The case is Solutions 30 Eastern Europe v. Muddy Waters Capital LLC, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (San Francisco).”

This may be an important legal case to follow, and I believe may shed light on some of MuddyWaters Research’s activity.
