5 Highlights After 3 Months Building The Decentralized AI Agent Alliance
On February 9th, we announced the formation of the Decentralized AI Agent Alliance (“DAIAA”) with 30 Founding Members, and the following mission:
To foster the development and proliferation of decentralized AI Agents through education, activism, research, and events
Most of the work of DAIAA is done in subgroups which address particular areas of interest of DAIAA members. We had three subgroups when we announced the lanch of DAIAA:
Three months in, we’ve made substantial progress, including the following highlights:
1. We’ve Grown To 100 Founding Members!
We couldn’t be prouder of the amazing organizations that have joined DAIAA:
In addition to the 83 organizations that are Founding Member, we also have 17 individual Founding Members. To learn more about, or to join, DAIAA, visit us at DAIAA.org.
2. We’ve Added Five Subgroups
We launched with three subgroups, including Legal Issues, Data Ownership, & Community Management. Over the last three months we’ve added Agentic Commerce, AI Management Systems (AIMS), Conversational Voice Agents, SaaS/Enterprise Apps, and Subgroup Optimization. We’ now have eight subgroups.
The subrgoups meet regularly to drive their initiatives forward:
And the subrgroups review their progress at our monthly general meetings, the last of which was held May 12th.
3. We Held Our First Member Showcase
We started DAIAA with just one General Meeting a month, as most of the work is being done in subgroups. Our next General Meeting is May 12, from 12pm-1pm EST.
Then last month, we added a second General Meeting for Members to showcase their Agents. Three Members showcased their AI Agents at our first showcase, including:
- Nova Echo’s conversational voice agent
- iQube’s community management agent (MonDAI)
- Blocksee’s agentic commerce agent
